Four decades
in the industry.
STANDEX was founded in 1981 as a Sanitary Installation and Central Heating Plant.
1992 was a turning point for many installation companies — linked to the introduction of modern technologies to construction. The people of Podhale, Spisz and Orawa wanted new solutions in water-sewage and central heating installations. Our company was one of the few to take up the challenge.
In the same year the company changed its profile and adopted the name Firma Handlowo–Usługowa „STANDEX”, based in Jabłonka Orawska at ul. Energetyków 6.
In 1992 we started trading activity — retail sales. In 2001 we launched wholesale and retail sales of installation materials.
In 2002 STANDEX became the official representative of the Austrian UNIVERSA systems in Poland.
The following years brought further challenges for both employees and the company's owners. New technologies and 21st-century solutions are being introduced systematically. We cooperate with renowned companies, wholesalers and installation companies throughout the country.
